Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the General Electric MDP3320000DA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Joslyn-Clark products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nais parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Joslyn-Clark such as the 713UPDG76 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ARD55112 manufactured by Nais and we are pleased to be able to service most Nais systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G9SA501 by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Leach Brand R330BGD1002AC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Littelfuse such as SE400 equipment made by Littelfuse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Littelfuse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Littelfuse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CR7075A1000 made by Honeywell as well as the popular T510X477K006AS original spares produced by Kemet

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ILB02 by Hitachi and SE400 spares by Littelfuse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8000X2052 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hi-g.
